Member services
Accounts, payments, applications, private communities, rosters and event registration require scoped implementation and privacy/security review.
Decisions reflected.
- SICS — Standard International Coalition of Sports, starting with baseball.
- Player dues: $60 for 6U–8U Coach Pitch; $100 for all players 9U and up.
- Coach: $100 annually. Team: $250 annually.
- Five councils, each with seven board seats including one leader.
- Planned coach-member participation across all five councils.
- One annual SICS International Baseball Congress, with an initial target of two to four smaller in-person events across SICS.
- International council recruitment, English/Spanish priorities and time-zone-aware participation.
Decisions still open.
- Founding region, season dates, name clearance and legal entity.
- Volunteer versus compensated board service and realistic staffing.
- Insurance, screening and technology provider contracts.
- Delivery of the published coach, team and player membership proposals, curriculum, safeguards and privacy policies.
- Pilot size, event economics and launch readiness.
No budget scenario is an approved expense. Council funding must be reconciled with existing operating costs before launch.
